I have been living at Firenze for over 3 years now. I see a lot of complaints on here, obviously these people have not lived at NON- Ovation properties. Yes there are bugs, this is a desert, they are everywhere get over it people. But what I love most about Firenze and Ovation that you cannot find anywhere else, is a caring and friendly staff. It is the residents themselves that make living difficult, by destroying the beautiful grounds and pool areas, not picking up after their own animals, and I have even seen residents to lazy to put their trash in the bins, they just lay them on the ground or throw them behind the cans.
This is my 5th Ovation Property that i have lived on, and I would not go anywhere else.
