I was very disappointed to find out office is open till 6pm but they don't take new customers past 4:30pm. Especially when the entire place was EMPTY upon arrival! Equally disappointed that when I called prior to arrival that cut off time information was not shared with me or I would not have attempted the visit. I showed up about 15 past and no exceptions made and was given an alternate location on Warner to visit. I work for an insurance office and have referred our insureds to TSI several times a week. I think I'll start to direct them to the Warner office moving forward.
