I called this location from Southern Maryland. They were so courteous to me I just had to write a shinning review. I originally called because a package was sent in error to an old address of my boyfriend's. It was supposed to be sent to our new Southern Maryland location. The representative on the line, I believe her name was Heidi, was extremely courteous and helpful in making sure when our family member came to drop the package off that she received it personally and placed our new address on it for us to receive. She even offered me to have a tracking number placed on it if necessary when I didn't think of it on my own. Thank you UPS on 19th Ave for your great customer service! The next time I am in town I would love to come and see you in person. I hope this message reaches you and you know that I am truly appreciative!
