I mean, the proceeds go towards a good cause, but in my opinion HallOVeen is best suited strictly for families with young children. The normally Christmas themed Magical Forest revamps itself in October for Halloween, but the Christmas decorations and attractions in the park are still very evident. General admission for adults is $11.99, and at a leisurely pace one sees all there is to see within 20 minutes. The attractions onsite include a miniature putt putt course, a carousel, a train, and a tubing slide. Each ride is $3, or you can buy an unlimited pass for $21.99. I went the general admission route, so really all there was to do was walk through the Spooky Forest. The park is littered with sponsored booths handing out candy to kiddos. I think I saw maybe 5 booths in total? I went to HallOVeen on their Pirate themed night. During the last week in October, every day has a different theme. I only saw two employees dressed as pirates though. All in all, HallOVeen's audience is meant for families and kids under 10 years old. Buying those unlimited passes is the best way to go! ***Pro Tip: There's a $2 off discount for military and seniors. There was also a Groupon available for unlimited ride passes for adults and kids.*** YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2015: #248
