7am appointment scheduled today I get there 20 minutes early and sit and wait. Some guy pulls up and the service doors open for him and a woman comes out immediately to assist him. The customer clearly says to this female service employee she was here first you should take care of her first. The employee completely ignores me and says come on in to my office to the customer. So at this point I'm pissed I'm on crutches and have a knee brace on! I fill out an overnight service envelope with 25k service and lane change sensors are not working, sign it and throw my fob in it and put it on my drivers seat. I leave the dealership. About 15 minutes later I get a call from the service department I need to come back and sign paperwork- I of course ask for what? He tells me they cannot work on my car without signed paperwork- so what good is the overnight drop box!! I told him I am not coming back and I end the call. I have over a 30 minute drive home and because Toyota wants to charge you $40 for a rental I asked someone to bring me. 10 minutes later I get a call from yet another rude employee a man who tells me to come and get my car.
