Run-around, misinformation, and headache-inducing hassle EVERY time. My husband has been seeing PA Kristen Sharma at this office for the past six months. He really appreciates her care, but is finally at his breaking point with the rest of the staff. After seeing the PA, it took the office over four months, phone calls every week, and several in-person visits just to transfer a prescription from his old doctor to the new office. The office refused to return his phone calls, and he finally had to schedule another visit with the PA just to address this issue! Why do we have to pay to see a doctor just for the office to follow through on an administrative task?! After thinking the issue was finally settled, he just learned that the office won't allow him to take the prescription at home as the PA promised, but is requiring him to come in TWICE A WEEK for them to give him the prescription themselves. The entire point of transferring the prescription was to be able to take it at home, and they've completely gone back on their word in an effort to keep bleeding money from us. I myself tried to schedule a routine physical at this office several months ago. After a long conversation with a rude receptionist, I was informed that I would have to come in for a "new patient visit" FIRST and then come BACK another time to do my physical. When I asked what would happen in the "new patient visit" it turned out it would basically be a routine physical and medical history. And yet I was told I could not combine these appointments, they would have to be two separate appointments on two different days! I have never heard of this at any other doctor's office I've been to. Don't even get me started on the number of times we've asked them to change our address since we moved. Bills still go to the old address. Don't waste your time here. The doctors and PAs might be nice, but the office staff is burning this place to the ground in incompetence, rudeness, and sheisty practices designed to get more money while giving you nothing but frustration.
