I have been with this office for over eight years and they have really went downhill! I had a sick child yesterday and called in for appointment, I needed an afternoon appointment if it was available but they told me I had to take a morning appointment because my grandson had asthma, even though his breathing was fine! I tried to explain this to the woman and she was more willing to just cancel the appointment for the morning instead of giving me an available afternoon appointment! I had to call and get a nurse to approve the afternoon appointment for my grandson to even be seen!! Then last night when I called after hours due to the my grandson having a reaction to the medicine their oncall number kept going to an OB GYN office!! It took me over thirty minutes and multiple calls to get their answering service to realize the numbers on THEIR END were somehow programmed incorrectly! THEN TO TOP IT OFF when I called today to let the office know what happened last night the lady goes "Hmmmm I don't know what to say, sorry about that"... Oh and one more thing... you NEVER GET TO SEE AN ACTUAL DR, ONLY PA'S! Ya I'm pulling my records and going to an office that cares!
