It is true that they are rather pricey but the service I got from my technician, Juan Rodriguez, was frickin' awesome! He took the time to explain everything and kept me and my wife informed as he went along. He actually did the work of two people! If anything, COIT might want to consider utilizing a two-tech system in order for me to highly recommend them.
Price is high because of their guarantee. My main concern is that our job was definitely a two-person gig. More technicians on the job would likely alleviate some of the complaints of tardiness, rushed work, and rude techs, though Juan did not exhibit any of those with us.
