First, let me say that for the price of these cabinets the quality is great. They use 1/2" plywood instead of your cheap particle board that a lot of companies try and sell because they are affordable. They also come with modern features such as soft close as a standard option.
They also had no issues with customization and had an array of options to give you exactly what you are looking for.
Second, the customer service was rocky in the beginning but I was transferred back to trey who I had originally began speaking with on the design and had a great experience. They were constructed quickly and delivered in a timely manner. There was one hiccup in the job but they were quick to make the necessary changes and made sure everything was right and I was satisfied.
I did not have them measure or install as I did not need the assistance but it was a service offered. All in all I would not hesitate to use these guys again or refer them to other contractors in the industry. They provide a great cabinet for a very reasonable price!
