DO NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM HERE!!! The credit card you use to book the reservation is not the one they use, but they don't tell you that. You have to use the card for the person who is in person. So, when I rented a truck for my daughter to move to Oregon, they made her use her credit card since I was not there. I had to hurry and send money so she could pay it via quick pay. Then, after they run it, they advise that since she is under 26, there is a fee. I explained my fiancé was the one driving and they said they needed his credit card then. Her card was already charged though and since the money didn't transfer yet, was in the negative. This was going to take days to fix through the banks so I had to accept the fee so they had gas money to make it. When I called the main customer service number, they explained how it worked. The location did not. He kept cutting me off. When I called the location, the owner cut me off too and went to talk to his staff. I was on the phone the entire time and you don't know what happened. I tried explaining this to him but he kept cutting me off. Now I am out $200 because they don't tell you this ahead of time. And that was the owner. DONT RENT FROM THESE STEALERS.
