This company comes when it's convenient for them and not their customer. They say they spray out side, but I keep telling them to only come when I'm at home. They can't seem to remember to call and make an appointment, so they come out when they are in the area. I called to complain and tell them again to only come when I'm at home. [ want both inside and outside sprayed at the same time and If they can't do both then I don't want any service. They did it again, so when I called to complain they took away the charge. Now they called and left a message for me to call them back to reschedule service because of the rain we had last week. I didn't call them back because I'm not ready for them yet, but today they came to spray because they said they were in the area and again I was not at home. I called to cancel their service, so now they say I still owe them for a previous service. The charge that they took away! Now they want me to pay it. These people are crooks!
