I was at the North ranch animal clinic today, It started out well with blood work being drawn , and surgery estimates, I payed my bill for the blood work and one antibiotic totaling $439.11 seemed a little high, but I'm not and expert. I paid $200.00 cash the rest on my card. When I got home I didn't see the cash part on my card. I called and a male receptionist who works there kept cutting me off and telling me I was angry and he didn't have time for this just come back down, He was a complete jerk, I told him who in the F@@@ do you think your talking to. I drove back down there, and said I want to talk to the Doctor, and he very snidely said "It will be at least two hours" I said I will wait, and five minutes later, he went back and , said come on back and speak with her. She was stitching up a dog and speaking to me at the same time, very odd. I could tell right away she had heard his side, and was not really going to listen to me, after I gave her my account, she said you can go now. I have never given a bad review, but this is the rudest experience I have ever had, that I paid for. I never saw the person who owns the place, and she said after I talk with him he won't want to talk to you, how rude. You people are nice until you get the money and then your complete AHOLES
