Get there early! Around 10-11am the crowds start showing up. Besides that, take plenty of water. I hiked straight down from above and the going wasn't difficult. Stay on the main trail and you will be alright. Water pools were very nice with lower temperatures the further down it went to the ladder. Some cool slot canyons on both trails. Took the long way out since it was noonish and that paid off since it was shadier. The river is beautiful and has great access where the kayaks land. The cold river water was very refreshing in the hot sun!
