Our ac started to blow warm air so I came on Yelp to see any recommendations. I found NRS and decided to call cause they were a 24/7 service. I called around 11pm/12am pretty late, but Timur answered and I told him the issues. He said his guy working at night had an emergency call at a different location. Not an issue cause he said they'd be out between 9a-12p and that they'd call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Which they did. Timur did also mention that they were pretty booked with some clients from previous days. Which I get, it's Vegas and it's summertime. Not pleasant at all when your ac decides to not blow some cold air. They arrived around 10:20am. Timur and another gentlemen came to our location to do the diagnosis. He was able to give me a quote for the labor, parts, all that jazz with a 1 year warranty. He did have to come back with the compressor. Tim did call me around 2p to let me know his guys were on their way within the next 30-35 minutes. Varden and another gentlemen showed up and got right to the job. I felt really bad cause it's like 105 outside and they were out there for a couple hours. But they did do a good job, they even stayed 10-15 minutes after to make sure it was running good. Varden even wore shoe covers when he came in our house (very appreciative of that courtesy as well). He did also talk to my husband and I about the new thermostat we wanted to get, which he actually has in his own home as well. So he was able to answer any questions we had about the installation process. He even said if we needed help as we're doing the installation that we could give them a call and they could walk us through to help. You don't get that kind of service really from much places. Definitely recommend them!
