Just had to add my 1 star to the mix. We had centurylink for 3 years!! The service was always crappy. ( The install guy said that we would never have great internet because we were to far away from the box. But that was just 1 month ago that we discovered this tidbit of information) . We were told if we bundled with Directtv that our bill would be cheaper. It was...ish. They NEVER got the bill right. CL told us if we dropped Dircttv and got CL Prism, that would help our internet (which oddly enough, it did). They told u we would have to pay an early termination with Directtv, which we were told would be like $60. That's cool, if it meant better internet. That was when it all went to hell in a hand basket. Almost $500 dollars later we are stuck with CL for another 10 months. Dishonest, misinformed, manipulative company that they are. Funny Story, CL were the only people that I had dealings with and they tried to blame it on DirectTV!!!!! Hahaha, silly CL that a crock of poo!!! My last piece of advice....NEVER EVER BUNDLE!!! It's cheaper short term but you'll take it up the tail pipe later. (CL and DirectTV never communicate with each other...ever. That's what both companies tell me. Does that make sense? Let's be business partners and never speak again.)
