I went to buy my son some tennis shoes he had wanted. I asked about their military discount and I was told I would have to enroll at a website and that a refund for the amount of the military discount would appear on my credit card. I was told that showing a valid military ID (which I always have with me) at the store would not work. Unfortunately Footlocker must not employ any veterans at their military discount processor. I have been in the military for the last 25+ years and no matter what I sent them, they would not accept it. Why is something so simple made to be so difficult? I will never shop at Footlocker again.
