I've gone to Solaire several times, the first time being at their original location on 91. Anyway, I have always been a fan of Solaire and have had haircuts, waxing, massages and mani/pedis from them without complaint. However, I was there recently for a mani/pedi and was shocked at how run-down the place is starting to look! It had been a little less than a year since the last time I had been there, but the down hill slope they're on must be steep. The pedicure room used to have these built-in foot tubs and seating. That has since been replaced with what looks like old, used pedicure chairs crammed into a space so small that the poor girls giving the pedicures are basically on top of one another. The overall appearance of the entire place is sad: dirty windows, scuffed walls, cracked tiles on the floor, etc. It's really sad to see it looking so bad. I am giving three stars though because I've never had a bad mani/pedi here (which is the service I usually go to Solaire for). I just hope they can fix the place up a little to match their service.
