the food is always great when they get your order right and arent rude...therein lies the problem. I've been here 4 times since i've come back to charlotte after being out of town. I used to regular this place about 3-4 times a week for lunch. The help in this place and the attitude of the people are just "trashy" and then they get your order wrong. I got the tavarua and bbq mahi tacos. One time they came out super rare and the waitress told me thats how it comes. The next time the bartender for my togo order leaves mayo cole slaw on bbq mahi tacos when I specifically said I didnt want it. This took up half the conversation when I ordered...couldnt fathom that someone didnt like mayo. and by the way the tavarua tacos this time werent rare...go figure. I just want to come in and get some level of consistency and accountability when you get it wrong. i'll be back out of hope and loyalty that these 4 times are just some tough times for good help...but one more time is all I got in me before I regular my other spot which is a little further.
