One of my new favorite places, I've been here 4 times already. Perfect date night spot. It's open kitchen style so you see the cooks working and prepping the food. Everything is locally sourced from their cheese to the steaks. The prices are high but you're eating locally selected veggies and meats and I'll happily pay more to support local farmers. Also their menu changes so if you go once a month you might not see the same things on the menu, which I think is refreshing! Their wine selection is amazing and pairs well with all the menu items, drinks are great too and the bar staff are friendly and quick to get you your refreshment. I hope that this restaurant stays around for a very long time!!
