I apprehensively approached boot camp at Pride Conditioning, with only my fear of letting a Groupon deal go to waste motivate me through the door. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The first class kicked my tail, and I hated every single minute I was there, sweating and gasping for breath. However, I stuck it out and went back for class two, which led to three and so forth. The amount of running is minimal, and the circuit training structure keeps things fresh and quick. Doug doesn't yell (one of my biggest boot camp fears), and the workouts are structured for both beginners and advanced. Best of all, I saw changes to my body and muscle composition quickly. When my 12 class pass ran out, I found myself buying another one - perhaps the biggest and best testiment to how I feel about Pride Conditioning.
