Never again! You know how sometimes you want to give a business a 2nd chance to make a better impression? Well I did that today with My Pedispa. Today I chose to go above the standard $25 pedicure and get a $45 Jelly Pedi. I was under the impression that the Jelly Pedi would change the consistency of the water to a jelly like fluff. Even when browsing through the My Pedispa pedicure "menu", I was left with the same impression. The top of the page says "Jelly Pedi" and below that it explains the "4 flavors" to choose from. I chose chamomile. Don't get me wrong, it was a good pedicure. I don't know the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she was polite & accomodating. The only discrepancy I had with her was when. She ran the water it was too hot. While trying to add cooler water the temperature dial malfunctioned and she ended up emptying the majority of the water, then starting again. I had to ask her to add in another step 1 packet since the one she already added in had just been drained. After looking at the Jelly Pedi website and a few videos on YouTube, and realizing just how deceiving the My Pedispa pedicure menu was, I asked the same male employee who took my payment about the lack of fluff in my pedicure and the deceitfulness of their wording. I was met with attitude and rudeness as if I was trying to get over on them. NOPE. Just trying to figure out why there are 2 "flavors" listed under Jelly Pedi that actually don't contain jelly Either way. When a person or business shows you who they are, beleive them!
