I've had Az Alarm for over a year now. Initially, there were some issues that I encountered thus forcing me to contact the company several times. One of the owners gave me a call shortly after my complaint call. He was a little annoyed when I first started to explain my issue to him. After bringing to his attention that I was not happy as a customer, he went ahead and offered a discount, fixed my issues and his attitude. Overall, I have not had a problem with the system. I think it's only human to have bad days and it talks highly of the business when they are willing to accept a mistake and provide the customer with the solution they need. In the end, I'm a happy customer.
