So very disappointed with the service. We have been with Cacti for years after purchasing a house where the previous owner used them. However, three dead trees later - the recent one, a full grown tree, where Cacti informed us of its death after the fact - was the last straw. Apparently, Cacti's crew turns on the water when they are over completing the landscape maintenance, and did not turn it off when they left - which not only killed the tree, but cost us over $300 in our water bill. After informing us that the tree was dead, they asked if we wanted an estimate for the removal and replacement. We thought landscape maintenance meant that they would maintain the landscape and notify us of any issue before it leads to costly removal/replacement/HOA problems - but that is not what Cacti does. If you want to save yourself the time and expense of having to replace trees, stay away from Cacti Landscapes.
