I will never go to any Discount Tire ever again. Every time I go in there, it's an argument!!! Whether it's where on my car I want my new tires placed, if my tires are too worn to be rotated, or how to rotate them. They WANT me to believe they are concerned about my safety, but what it really is is a liability issue. Don't try to sell me new tires when I already told you I don't have money for tires. If it REALLY is a liability issue, why didn't they ask me to sign a wavier?? Or print on the bottom of the receipt...We are not responsible for any issues in regard to this sale/visit...simple!! easy peezy, but noooooo!!!
Bottom line...It's MY car...Just do as I ask...that's what you get paid for.
I'll go to the little shops, where they know what good customer service is...Oh yeah...that's exactly what I did,
