I found Dr. Duncan Friedman on my insurance site for an emergency Consultation since I was in Pittsburgh from out of town. Her staff fit me into her busy schedule for the same day. I was able to get a follow-up appointment (very challenging) but ended up getting the work done quicker at my family dentist in Cincinnati. She has an interesting sense of humor but I can say cares about her patients and has decent technology. She was very friendly. She is so popular that it is hard to schedule appointments. I highly recommend her!
