I made a phone reservation the day of, and they quickly booked me in with a senior stylist for a NC cut ($55). The service I received was exceptional. When I walked in, the salon was well illuminated, modern, and simple, which made a very comfortable setting. I was welcomed, and I was assisted in wearing the gown. They have personal, locked cabinets for your belongings which you hold on the key to, so it feels very safe. They also have wifi.
The stylist was very patient and knowledgeable when she asked me what I would like to do with my hair. She offered suggestions and provided me with a realistic outcome expectation depending on my hair length. She did rough cuts first, and then did the fine trims later on. She was very responsive to what I still didn't like, and would quickly fix it. The person who shampooed and scalp massaged was also very skilled. It was probably the best scalp massage I had and it lasted for a relatively long time too.
The only problem was that I didn't know it was cash only for haircuts, and I was not informed beforehand i.e. during the phone call. Luckily, I had just enough including tips, otherwise it would've been quite awkward. I like how they don't have hidden fees like other salons which would explain that the price listed is only an estimate.
Overall, I would definitely come again and the location is really close to my dance classes anyways. :)
