Just left your store and I have say you have the rudest customer service person working for you. Daniel was the guy's name . I'm a Gold club member with you guys and have had sprint since you guys came to town. I asked him 3 different questions and his response was, our tech has to answer it, you understand that and pointed to the back room. He must of said you understand that after every sentence. After the 3rd question and him pointing to the back room I said then get him out here and in a rude manner he said I told you he's not here. No you didn't you kept pointing to the back that's why I'm asking you. The questions were customer service questions and he said that was not his job. I'm going to cancel all my phone line's and go to somebody that has better people working their store's and appreciates my business.
