It's a party hotel, and if you're using it for said purpose, you'll enjoy your stay here. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate more than your standard 1-2 guests, and the overall atmosphere and decor skews younger and faux-trendy (think Aloft). The lobby area is clean and inviting, and the front office staff are attractive and helpful.
The biggest draw for this place is location. It's located off Boul St. Laurent, a hotbed of nightlife activity. Walking east towards Notre Dame and Old Montreal is also very doable, albeit a bit of a hike. There's a Tim Horton's and gas station across the street, providing easy access to water, refreshments, and a morning wake-up call. The only small downer is there's no immediate late night (re: 4 am) dining in near proximity.
