Lived here for three years. I loved living here at the start but then the property was sold to and here came Avondale. It is true that the management staff is horrible. No communication what so ever. Watch out for the hidden charges on your monthly rent. I started paying 1395 a month. My last rental renewal they were asking for 1800 a month. I went to the office to put in my 60 day notice and the assistant manager asked why? I explained and she said I will call you and we can talk about it. Like she cared. I never received a call. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone but if you do stay be prepared to leave after 6 months because of rental hikes. This place is not like a resort dont be fooled. Securiry Cameras had never worked and what security. There isn't a security guard, it's the pecole ranch drive by and they only come once a night. The gates are always open so anyone could come in and out. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and don't care. Robberies do happen so make sure you have rental insurance. Now they are moving in anyone they can. The neighbors I know are moving out too because of the rental spike. Again this is not a resort. If i could no stars I would.
