Spent six nights here recently., This hotel was selected as there was a promo connected to my Visa Black and I am glad we stayed for a few reasons. This location has no gaming whatsoever..and none of the issues related - smoke, drunks and boardshorts/flipflops and white framed sunglasses etc.
The MOzen Cafe was a great place for breakfast and dinner. Heaps of fresh fruit and eggs to order. The service is also good but can be slow...only if you are in a hurry.
The rooms are small compared to Wynn/Encore. The views are southern strip which is somewhat limited. The serenity of the pool makes up for small rooms - service is very attentive and there is any food/drink that you desire as you laze the day away in the sun.
The best part was receiving champagne, birthday cupcake a card from the GM - now, that is attentive service and very cued to only a passing comment.
The funniest part of staying there was a doorman openly admitting that he is a fan of Enya - nothing wrong with that! Staff is attentive and genuine.
