The standards for a large patio on a beautiful Friday across from St Lawrence Market are low. People are happy and ready to start their weekend. However, the gross mismanagement of staff here puts a big damper on things. There are currently two servers working 35 tables. This obviously translates to a bad experience for everyone. Customers aren't getting served in a timely manner and the servers are struggling to keep up, and likely tipped poorly at no fault to them. This is a management problem and a big one. This is my third time on this patio and my last. Waiting 30 mins to get a water and 45 to take a food order is just unacceptable. Hire more staff!
