I LOVE Sassy Lashes! This location is extremely close to where I live compared to the one in Summerlin.
The Lash Artist I go to at this location is Brea, good gosh she is super sweet and literally whatever she does to my lashes, she makes em look on point. She would always ask how I like my lashes to be making sure it's what I want. She's always advised me how they'd look, my aftercare routine, and how to make them last longer. Everyone at Sassy has a very positive vibe to them it feels so homey with their comfy recliners and fluffy throw blankets.
So the way we schedule an appointment with a lash artist is booking online. Then email confirmations as well as text confirmation a day before the actual appointment (which I think is a marvelous approach as a business owner because of the actual documentation). I've never had an issue and when I do they're always just a text away. Eastern has some gnarly construction going on right now. And because of that I texted them letting them know I would be 5 min late to my appointment. They were completely understanding of my situation and as I arrived I asked how much the late fee would be. They said that there isn't one and the only thing that happened was I lost 5 min with Brea. My results still came out gorgeous. I cannot imagine going to another lash studio. Sassy's takes the cake. They are the best! Highly recommend coming here!
