I recently moved to this side of town and I thought I would go in for a routine wax. Eyebrow and Bikini wax.When upon entering, the two front desk girls were both on their phones and didn't even look up to say hello. My waxer also took me back 10 minutes later and didn't apologize. She seemed a little rushed. My eyebrows turned out uneven but my bikini area was far more worse, uneven, and a few spots where she missed completely. I hate when establishments have appoinments and technicians run over their time and you dont get the quality of service you need. Quit rushing and at least try on customer service!! Id rather drive across town to get better service than what I got at this location!! Save your money!
