Use a different company if you can. My vet called in a prescription for Itraconazole for my foster kittens with ringworm on a Thursday. I spoke to customer service the same day and told them I wanted to pay for expedited shipping so I could get the medicine overnight. I also told them to ship it to my vet. I was told the expedited shipping would be $17.99 and that they had the address of the vet for shipping. I was also told that the order would be sent out the same day. I gave them the credit card billing information and thought I was good. The medicine was not delivered the next day, so I called customer service and was told that the expedited shipping I paid for wasn't for overnight and that the medicine wouldn't actually arrive until Monday now. I asked if they could cancel the first order and re-order with the $45 "overnight" shipping so I could get it on Saturday and was told no. So I had no option but to wait until Monday - 5 days after placing the order to get it. On Monday, I called my vet and they said they didn't receive anything. I once again, called customer service and found out that they delivered the medicine to the credit card billing address! Needless to say, this place needs help!!!! Don't use them if, especially if your pets are seriously ill and need their medicine right away!
