Booked a birthday party for my daughter 6 weeks in advance. Two weeks after booking, I needed to change the date. Called and was told, "No problem, we'll email you a new confirmation with the new details." Days pass. No email confirmation. Called back to check and was told, "Don't worry about the email, we have you scheduled for the new date." Uh, no. All I need is to arrive on the new date and be told they have no record of our party. I want a written confirmation. Called back again and finally received a new email confirmation. Was also told they'd call 3 days before the party for the final headcount. The day before the party I realize they never called for the final headcount. Checked my caller ID and voicemail. Nothing. Called them and was told by a snotty, condescending teen that, "We called. We'll change it this one time," Wow. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. (eyeroll) The actual place is fun (yet overpriced) but if you book a party know you'll have to babysit the staff.
