The Cleveland Botanical Garden is definitely a great spot to visit if, like me, you've lived in Cleveland most of your life and only vaguely heard of the garden but never looked much further into it. Walking through the glasshouse surrounded by butterflies is really one of the most incredible experiences you can have in the city. The rose garden is also a very nice and picturesque spot. As for negatives, I was slightly disappointed with the Japanese garden, and the admission price of $9.50 is a little steep for how quickly you can go through all the areas. Still, the botanical garden remains a place that needs to be visited, even if only once, and it's proximity to the Cleveland Museum of Art (which is, of course, free) is a bonus.
