What a horrible experience I had here. They were able to get me right back for a pedicure with Rose. However, the whole purpose of a pedicure for me is to get the dead skin off my heels. She did not use the heavy duty file first of all so my heels are just as bad as they were when I walked in. She used some sort of pumice sponge like thing on my feet. Well, she ended up taking a small chunk or of the side of my big toe and when I pulled my foot back because it hurt, I told her that she just cut my foot. She just moved away from that spot and kept going not even acknowledging it and no apology or anything.
When she finished painting my nails she used a brush with nail polish remover to "clean up" well all that did was smear the polish all over my toes.
The whole experience really was bad and in all my years of getting pedicures this was my first bad experience.
I most certainly would not recommend this place to anyone!
