Scheduled an appointment online. Was called very promptly and scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning in a window of 8-11am. Friday morning came, and the window of time came and went. I then received a call that they wouldn't be able to come out until 2-5pm that day. Couldn't manage that in my work schedule, so we rescheduled for Monday (again, an 8-11am window), and I was assured that this is an unusual occurrence. Monday comes, 8-11am window passes. I get a call from dispatch saying it will need to be more like 2-4pm, but that it will get done today. 2-4pm passes. 5:12pm, I get a call from a technician saying he's about an hour away and can be here by 6:15pm. Could not do that because of prior engagements. After wasting a whole day, and taking off 1.5 days of work, my sink is STILL not fixed. Do not give windows of time if you cannot even remotely come close to keeping them!
