I can't recommend Body in Mind at Palms Place enough! I've been going to this studio for Pilates, Bootylates, prenatal private sessions, and other fitness classes for over 1.5 years. Nina Waldman and her team are excellent instructors -- highly knowledgeable, holistic about health and mindful of each client's needs. Class sizes are small and personalized, and you feel physically and mentally refreshed after each session. High quality instructors and class options - bar none!
