When I came in i greeted the desk worker instead of it being the other way around . Second, he didn't even ask what I needed help with , I had to tell him I came in for oil change . Then he said it "its an hour wait ahead of you " So to confirm I said " so it's am hour before they get started on my car, then another possible hour for my car to be done ?" He replied with ," yes , possibly an hour and half , is that ok ?" Which of course I said " no that is not ok, that's a bit to long ." I can understand if I saw the place busy or what not , but there was literally only one. At being worked on. If there is one thing about me, is I hate waiting, and vibes! So I left . It took me 5 min to drive to my Tropicana and pecos Goodyear where the service is WAY better , and I have now been confirmed " it will take about 40 minutes at most, if that!" They don't even know I initially stopped elsewhere .
