They have such an amazing grooming service . I took my Shih Tzu to the location on LakeMead and Athens, and I had such a great customer service . The lady made my puppy feel safe and took such good care of her. I loved how she came out. Took about 2 hours for her to groom her, which I was glad since she took her time to make sure my Shih Tzu had a good experience since it was her first time being groomed . I would definitely book a second appointment . I have only positive things to say about my experience.
