I give up... How is it that you claim to run a business yet can't answer your phone? My time is valuable so when you schedule an appointment, you should at least have the common courtesy to call me and reschedule if you cannot make it. I have called 6 times now and nothing... maybe some other detail company would like my money. Good luck if you use this company and they actually show. I would be petrified if something went wrong and you had to call them back to resolve it!
