They never answer the phone as I was looking for a new provider as we are new to the area. I decided to go to the office and make the appt in person. There was 2 patients in the waiting room so not busy and phones not ringing. The girl at the check in desk says," do you have an appt?". I tell her no but I would like to make a new patient appt. She goes back to doing whatever she was doing on a piece of paper looking down and continues to ignore me for another 4 minutes making facial expressions at what the other girl was saying on the phone at the check out desk. I just walked out. I am in the medical field and see patients every day and would never be that u professional. They really should reconsider who works the front desk in this practice.
