So much fun!!! Learning how to move your body with fun, engaging exercises, posing as sexy belly dancing movements. That's what me and my nutrition class full of women experienced. The instructor was very attentive, but definitely not pushy. It was like she was part of our group. We had a blast and sweat a lot, too. I highly recommend GK Dance for group fun or just exercise, in general.
