I've been in customer service and the shipping industry for years and usually the service workers are very polite and helpful. Unfortunately that is not the case here... even the owner herself (Kerry) is very rude and distasteful. Wouldn't allow me to package up the item I brought to ship inside of the store... she demanded I leave and come back. Mind you there was nobody else in the store. It's the united postal service though...
Her employee seemed like she wanted to offer assistance but couldn't while under the manager's strict supervision. A very unpleasant experience to say the very least. Would leave zero stars if I could.
