My 4 year old son has been taking lessons here for almost two years. He absolutely loves it. In that time, we have had many teachers...all excellent. Chris, Lisa, Andrew, Alex and Dylan have made my son feel confident and comfortable. Not an easy feat. The one time I had an issue, I sent an email and the owner called me within 10 minutes. The manager was then onsite to meet me to talk through it. GREAT customer service. The highlight of the place is probably the front desk staff. Natalie and Adrienne. They totally get to know the families and kids. Always smiling and willing to work with you to schedule make-up classes or different instructors/days. Adrienne really goes the extra mile. She is always incredibly helpful and really gets what customer service means. I enjoy going to Water Wings. I truly feel that everyone there takes an interest in my son, and I am comfortable leaving my treasure in their care.
