The worst Massage Envy in the franchise. I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 5 years and this is the last time i give the University location a chance. I called today to make an appointment for my friend and I unfortunately I had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts. It was literally 10 minutes after I booked the appointments. They charged me the $10.00 anyway. i called back to see if i could get it back but the said it was policy and i would still be charged. I asked to speak to a manager and they said she would give me a call. I have gone to several different locations around NC and the university location has the worst customer service. All they had to do is refund my $10.00. I will be telling everyone I know how horrible that location is and all this for only $10.00. It would be nice if someone got back in touch with me and we can resolve this mix-up.
