I normally come to Mimi's every two weeks and bring my aunts and grandma with me. This last nail visit I was very disappointed... I even cried in my car after I was finished . I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure . That's what usual get . The nail tech that attended me was very nice however she was new & I had no idea . First was my pedicure I had told her that my right big toe was bothering me and that it could be an in grown nail .. it was never attended too . Then on my left foot on my middle little toe, she cut my nail to short and then tried to save it but I ended up with barely a nail . Then after my manicure came . First of all I'm not a newbie to gel manicures so I know the color is to be soaked off . However my nail color was grinned off completely and now my nails feel soar . Then I asked for a coffin shape and was given a square- oval . I was so upset with my service that I refused to get my punch card stamped ... after crying in my car for a few minutes I went back inside to see if my manicure could be fixed a little. A more experienced nail tech and came & tried to save my shape . There still not exactly what I wanted but these won't make me cry for the next two week . I'm more upset at the fact that I'm a regular client and even brought more clientele with me & was provided with less than amazing service like they normally do. When you leave the nail salon you want to leave feeling good and I left upset and unhappy . I've had one other bad experience with Mimi's before but I still gave them a chance . After this experience I'm undecided if I'll continue to come along with my aunt and grandmother . It's unfortunate because I love the nail techs that have been they're for a while. But no one should ever leave the nail salon and go cry in their car. I'm so heart broken I even had this experience with my favorite nail salon ...
