Stay Away!! I have been taking my car to Chevy Dealerships for Service for over 16 years. I have never had a problem until I went to Parks Chevrolet. I was told I need $1200.00 in repairs. I felt something was wrong so I took it to Rick Hendricks City Chevrolet and was told it would only be $600.00. I tried to resolve the issue by speaking to the Service Manager named Robert at Parks Chevrolet. Not only was he rude, but he felt his Tech did nothing wrong and said he needs another opinion. I took it to Bobby Murray Chevrolet and was told the same thing. The repairs they requested were not needed. I tried to call Parks Chevrolet back and was hung up on 5 times. I would not recommend to anyone and would second guess every thing they suggest if you do decide to go.
