The customer service in the menswear department is appalling. They staff in the coat section were literally chatting amongst themselves completely ignoring customers, and seemed extremely annoyed when anyone "interrupted" them and asked them anything. I used to work in a department store (not as high end as Saks) and that never would have been allowed. I guess it's hard to find good help these days!
